Dr. Saheli began preaching at just 12 years old at the Uptown Church of Christ in San Francisco. Raised by faithful mentors such as his father, John Jeffrey, James E. Austin, Jr., and the late Tino and Pacita Serrano, he was called early into a life of spiritual depth and servant leadership. Since January 2001, Dr. Saheli has served as the Ministering Evangelist at West Oakland Church of Christ, transforming lives through sound doctrine, social justice advocacy, and authentic love.

Dr. Saheli is the devoted husband of Tonya Saheli, and together they have raised five children: Sade, Najja, Zion, Shiloh, and Seven Enoch (deceased). His life is anchored in God, grounded in family, and driven by a mission to love and lead well.
